These Terms cover your use of the NotGR4VE website and the optional VIP membership. By using the site or buying VIP, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy VIP.

1. About NotGR4VE

NotGR4VE is the username of the creator behind this website, NotGR4VE’s Aim Trainer (a Rust Console Edition server), other related game servers, and the Discord community. It’s a personal username — not a registered company or brand.

2. VIP membership

VIP is an optional paid subscription that unlocks in-game and Discord perks, which currently include:

  • Queue skip on NotGR4VE’s Aim Trainer and all current and upcoming servers
  • Skipping ahead of full gamemode queues
  • No Target Practice slot cooldown
  • VIP-exclusive Scrim and Target Practice slots
  • The ability to spectate 1v1 matches
  • Customising the look of your public profile card on this site
  • Unlocking full Killfeed Customization
  • A VIP role in the Discord server

Perks are provided on a best-effort basis and may be added to, changed, or removed over time as the servers evolve. No specific perk is guaranteed to always be available.

3. Eligibility

Buying VIP requires a Discord account and following Discord’s own Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

4. Pricing, billing & renewal

VIP costs US$3.49 per month. It is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are securely handled by the payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the purchase. NotGR4VE never sees or stores your card details.

VIP can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Cancellations & refunds

VIP can be cancelled anytime to stop future billing. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Fair use

Cheating, exploiting bugs or the bot, using third-party devices or hardware (such as mouse-and-keyboard adapters or aim-assistance hardware), harassing others, and breaking the server or Discord rules are not allowed. Your account, VIP, and access to the services may be suspended or permanently revoked for serious breaches of these Terms or the community rules, without a refund where the breach is serious.

7. Availability

The site, servers, and VIP are provided “as is” and “as available”. These are small community services run by one person, so uninterrupted service can’t be guaranteed and they may not run forever. Servers may go offline or be discontinued.

8. Liability & your consumer rights

To the maximum extent allowed, NotGR4VE is not liable for any indirect or knock-on losses arising from use of the site or VIP. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer rights or guarantees that apply to you under the law and that can’t legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when. Continuing to use the site or VIP after a change means the updated Terms are accepted.
