Refund Policy

This explains how refunds work for the NotGR4VE VIP membership. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Digital subscription

VIP is a digital subscription, and perks are granted as soon as payment goes through. Because of this, VIP is generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except as set out below or where a refund is required by law.

2. 24-hour change-of-mind window

If you change your mind, a refund can be requested within 24 hours of purchase, as long as you no longer intend to play on the server and haven’t already made significant use of the VIP perks. After 24 hours, VIP is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

3. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes the consumer rights that apply to you under the law. If VIP is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what was promised, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund. Those rights are always honoured.

4. Cancelling

VIP can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Partial or pro-rata refunds are not given for the current period once it has started (aside from the 24-hour window above).

5. Billing problems

If a charge was made by mistake, charged twice, or the VIP perks weren’t delivered, get in touch and it will be put right.

6. How payments & refunds are processed

Payments and any approved refunds are handled by the payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for the purchase. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. How to request a refund

Request a refund through the Discord server, including your Discord username and your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. Please get in touch before raising a chargeback with your bank — it’s almost always faster to fix it directly.
