This explains what information NotGR4VE collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Account info from Discord

When you sign in with Discord, the site receives your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar. Sign-in uses Discord’s “identify” permission only — it does not request or receive your email address. Discord is used for sign-in and, if you choose to link an account, to connect your Discord account to your in-game username. It is not the source of your gameplay stats. Basic technical data such as a login session cookie and standard server logs is also kept.

Your email is never collected or stored — not through the website and not through the bot — and you are never asked to provide one to use the site or play on the servers.

2. In-game data collected by the bot

When you play on a NotGR4VE server, the bot reads game events from the GPORTAL-hosted server through RCON and stores the information needed for server features, player profiles, and leaderboards. This happens for every player who joins, whether or not they link a Discord account. This includes:

  • Your in-game username
  • Your platform (PlayStation or Xbox)
  • Joins, kills, deaths, quickchats, time played, wins, killstreaks, and other server statistics
  • PVP performance data such as range, gear tier, gamemode, and certain tracked weapon results
  • When you were last seen online

3. Payment information

NotGR4VE does not collect or store your card, billing, or contact details — including any email used at checkout. All payments are handled by the payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Their handling of payment data is covered by their own privacy policy.

4. How the information is used

  • To sign you in and keep you logged in
  • To record stats and display leaderboards and profiles
  • To grant and manage VIP perks in-game and on Discord
  • To link your Discord account to your in-game username if you choose to do so
  • To provide support and respond to messages
  • To run, secure, and improve the site and servers

5. Cookies

A single session cookie is used so the site remembers you’re logged in. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Who it is shared with

The GPORTAL-hosted game server provides the game events that the bot reads through RCON. The bot stores player data in its database, and the website reads that database to show stats and profiles.

Discord is used for sign-in and optional account linking. If you link a Discord account, the site may show your Discord username, display name, or avatar beside your in-game profile and leaderboard entry. If VIP is available and you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy handles the payment. These services may process information outside Australia. Personal information is never sold.

7. Public profiles and leaderboards

The website publicly displays player information to run the leaderboards and player profiles. This can include your in-game username, platform, basic stats, rankings, achievements, public profile card, and current online status. The live player list can also show a player’s name, join time, and ping while they are online. Detailed PVP Performance Statistics are only available on your own signed-in profile.

8. Account actions: wiping, suspension & deletion

Player stats may be reset or wiped — for example during a season reset, to fix errors, or where cheating is detected. Accounts may also be suspended or permanently deleted for breaking the server or Discord rules, or on request. Deleting an account removes its associated data, though anonymised or aggregate figures (such as overall server totals) may remain.

9. Keeping your data

Information is kept while you have an account or active VIP membership, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

10. Your choices

You can ask to view, correct, or delete your personal information, or to have your stats wiped, by getting in touch through the Discord server. If you believe your privacy has been mishandled, explain the issue there and it will be looked into.

11. Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security can’t be promised.

12. Children

The site isn’t aimed at children under 13, in line with Discord’s minimum age requirement.

13. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
